FAQs

Q: Is Santa there on Sundays?

A: Yes. Santa will be at the lodge on Saturdays and Sundays when Snowland begins in December. We recommend that you call the lodge you are visiting to confirm as his visits will vary by lodge.

Q: What should we pack for Snowland?

A: We recommend packing a swim suit for the water park, as it is heated to 84 degrees all year long. And pack your normal clothing for all the exciting attractions in our Adventure Park, though it is recommended you bring closed-toe shoes, as they are required for some of the adventures.

    1. I have been trying to find that out myself. I will be there Sun NOV 28th with all the grandbabies hoping we get a Santa Sighting.

  1. We have an upcoming birthday celebration planned at Great Wolf in December. We are so excited!!! We loved going in the gingerbread house back in 2019. We can’t wait to do it again next month. How do we make a reservation for dining in the gingerbread house?

  2. How do you make the donation in order to dine in the gingerbread house? Do we make a donation to the Ronald McDonald house and bring in proof of donation?
