For water park hours during your stay, please view our Indoor Water Park page. You can access the water park any time after opening on your arrival day and until closing time on your departure day.

Our lodge public spaces, accessible suites, and water park decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs is available through Guest Services on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great Wolf Lodge in Concord has a variety of suites that can accommodate from 2-10 guests. For larger parties, you will need to book multiple reservations.

In between guest stays, every room is deep cleaned according to our Great Wolf Lodge CleanPLUS Experience, an industry-defining standard of excellence developed in partnership with Proctor & Gamble. For guests who have booked a multi-night stay, housekeeping will enter the room daily to perform our CleanTOUCH cleaning—replace towels, remove trash, replenish bath amenities, and tidy the accommodations.
