Check-Out Tips For Your Pack

1. Before Leaving Your Suite

• Standard Check-out time is 11:00 am. Text ‘OUT’ to Willow, our Great Wolf concierge, when your pack is out of your suite— no need to stop by the Front Desk.
• We recommend your pack does a quick inspection of the suite to ensure no valuables are left behind.

2. Stay and Play

• Your wristbands are good for water park access throughout your check-out day.
• For your convenience, lockers are available for rental to store small items. Stow large bags in the car before returning for more splashing.

3. Before Leaving the Lodge

• Return any rented towels to Splash Services to avoid being charged a fee.
• The final receipt of your stay will be emailed at the end of the day.
