Media Stay Policy
Discounted or hosted media stay rates may be offered at select times of the year to qualifying members of media who are on assignment or researching for future editorial consideration. Eligible members of the media include full-time editorial and news-gathering professionals who cover feature news such as entertainment, travel, consumer, amusement, parenting and family. When available, approved media rates are offered for a single night in a traditional Family Suite. This discount is offered at the discretion of the Great Wolf Lodge Communications team, and we consider each request on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the relevancy and reach of each applicant's news outlet and social media following.

Discounted or complimentary stays may be offered to influencers who meet Great Wolf Lodge’s partnership criteria. In most cases, we do not offer paid compensation for influencer visits but provide on-site packages in exchange for rights to any content created during a trade visit. Influencers are thoroughly vetted by the Great Wolf Lodge Communications team, taking into account the relevancy and reach of each applicant’s content, channel reach and engagement.
