Before you arrive, please read the following information pertaining to your stay:
- We place a hold of $100 per night onto your card for incidentals and room damages. This hold minus any room charges is released back to your card by your financial institution in as soon as 2-5 business days after checkout. If your charges exceed the amount of the hold, you will simply be charged the difference.
- Arrive early for extra play time! Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, but you can access the indoor water park beginning at 1:00 pm on your day of arrival.
- Bring swimsuits and water shoes for the water park, and closed-toed shoes for some of our dry-land activities.
- Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the water park area. Towels in the water park are included but are subject to a fee if not returned.
- Download the Great Wolf app for family event notifications, ordering food, resort map, and more.
- We are not providing daily housekeeping services for your health & safety. If you would like more towels, amenities, or trash removal, please message Willow.
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco, is not allowed on guest room patios and balconies, or in any area of the resort or water park. However, you may smoke in designated smoking areas (outside of each entrance), or at least 10 feet away from the building. A cleaning fee may be applied if this policy is not followed.
- Although Check-Out time is at 11:00 a.m., your family is able to stay and play until the waterpark closes on your departure date. When you are ready to check out, simply message Willow “OUT” and we will complete your check out for you!
