Water Park Maintenance
We sincerely apologize, but due to an unforeseen maintenance issue the indoor water park at Great Wolf Lodge Pocono Mountains will likely remain closed today. The needed repair is currently underway, but the timeline for completion is still uncertain. The most recent estimate has the work being finished between 7-8pm this evening. Once we have another update, we will communicate that to all our guests.
We are providing all guests scheduled to arrive on Thursday, October 17, 2024 for a one-night stay with a complimentary 1pm check out on Friday, and will be extending the water park hours on Friday to 9am-9pm for all guests.
Alternatively, we are offering guests the opportunity to change their reservation to a different stay date or cancel their reservation with no penalties or fees. If you wish to change or cancel your stay, please contact our Customer Care Center at 800.768.9653 and they will be happy to assist you.
