Checking In To Your Villa
Check-in time
4:00 pm
Location
- 1 Great Wolf Lane, Scotrun, PA 18355
- Turn onto Great Wolf Lane and continue all the way until you’re directly facing the front entrance of the lodge. There will be a green sign that directs you to turn left toward the Villas Lounge. This is where you will check in.
Parking
- You can park in front of the Lounge. If all spots are taken, there is additional parking directly adjacent to the Lounge in the main lot.
- Your concierge will also give you two parking passes. Starting at 4:00 pm, your private parking spots will be available right outside your Villa—until then, you may park your vehicle anywhere in the main lot.
Arriving Early?
- If you arrive before the 4:00 pm check-in time, you’re welcome to enter the water park. Simply visit the Villas Lounge to pick up your wristbands—we offer complimentary lockers to store your belongings in the Lounge, as well as a private changing room for your pack to use.
- Please enjoy our complimentary refreshments and snacks, exclusively for Villas guests, during your check-in.
During Your Villas Stay
Villas Concierge
- Remember: Your Villas Concierge is always there to help. If you need anything, they will be available in the Lounge from 8:00 am-9:00 pm, or by texting 570-284-3601.
- During night hours, you may still contact a Villas Concierge by texting the above number, or by dialing 0 on your Villas landline phone.
Trash Removal
- Our Pack Members are on hand to take care of trash removal in your Villa. Simply text your Concierge and request trash service.
Villas Patio
- As a Villas guest, you and your pack enjoy exclusive use of our private Woodland Villas Patio, located at the Eastern end of the Villas. Your Villas concierge can provide a full list of the activities and events taking place at the Patio during your stay.
Other Amenities
- Be sure to take full advantage of the amenities on your private Villas terrace. Please observe the safety rules, and instructions for your grill and firepit, posted on the terrace.

How to check-out
- Please make sure you have exited your Villa by the above time, and text "OUT” to the Villas Concierge to complete check-out.
Staying Late?
- If you would like to stay and enjoy the lodge following your check-out, please relocate your vehicle to the main parking lot.
