Online Check-In

Thank you for completing the Online Check-In at Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City. We have prepared your wristbands which are ready to pick up at the designated “Online Check-In” line in the Grand Lobby.  Please be prepared with a credit card and valid photo I.D.

Before you arrive, please read the following information pertaining to your stay:

• Our lodge is operating cashless, so be prepared with a credit card or set up your lodge wristband to make purchases; we will not accept cash at check-in or any outlets.  

• We place a hold of $100 per night onto your card for incidentals and room damages. This hold minus any room charges is released back to your card by your financial institution in as soon as 2-5 business days after checkout. If your charges exceed the amount of the hold, you will simply be charged the difference.

• Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1:00 p.m. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you're here and pick up your water park wrist bands.

• Download the Great Wolf app for family event notifications, ordering food, resort map, and more. 

• We are not providing daily housekeeping services. If you would like more towels, amenities, or trash removal, please message Willow.

• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco, is not allowed on guest room patios and balconies, or in any area of the resort or water park. However, you may smoke in designated smoking areas (outside of each entrance), or at least 10 feet away from the building. A cleaning fee may be applied if this policy is not followed.

• Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the water park area. Towels in the water park are included but are subject to a fee if not returned.

• Although Check-Out time is at 11:00 a.m., your family is able to stay and play until the waterpark closes on your departure date. When you are ready to check out, simply message Willow “OUT” and we will complete your check out for you!
