We take pleasure in providing stayover service to guests with us for 2 or more nights. Your room will be serviced on the third day of your stay. Guests whom are staying with us for shorter periods may request towel exchange, garbage removal and other amenities between 10am and 4pm daily

Children under 2 years of age are considered free for access to the water park and lodging, but they are considered occupants in the suite. When setting up a reservation online, we require the number of children under 2 to be listed.
At Great Wolf Lodge Niagara all prices are presented in Canadian dollars. We accept U.S. Dollars at the Front Desk only for payment and change will be given in Canadian currency. Please see the Front Desk for current exchange rates. Exchange is given on U.S. bills only. Exchange will not be given on coin. U.S. currency exchange is done in Canadian currency only.

The City of Niagara Falls passed By-law No. 2018-104 to implement a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of *$2.00 per room + HST, per night as of January 1, 2019. Here at Great Wolf Lodge, our water parks are reserved exclusively for our registered guests. This is our way to minimize overcrowding and long lines.
You are welcome to bring coolers to the lodge; however, coolers, outside food and beverage and glass containers are not permitted in the water park area or on the outdoor pool deck.
You do have the ability to dial out from suite phones. Local calls are included in your stay. There is a nominal fee for each long distance call.
Great Wolf Lodge does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. Please do not use or loiter around the RV during your stay. We do not offer any hook ups or dumping stations.
Great Wolf Lodge water park wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device). This means you don't have to carry cash or room keys! You can use your wristband to open your suite door and you have the option of setting your wristband up for purchases throughout the lodge. There may be fees associated with the replacement of RFID wristbands. RFID wristbands can also be used to scan pictures on our waterpark slides.
Standard Cancellation Policy: Guests making a reservation eight or more days from their arrival date have 24 hours in which to modify or cancel a reservation with no penalties or fees. After that point, guests who wish to cancel their reservation are subject to the following fees:
We recognize some guests booked using a special, one-time discount not transferable to other calendar dates. While we cannot guarantee our ability to match discounts exactly, we are committed to helping you find another available date where we can offer a comparable rate. We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the water park that shirts and shoes are worn.

For the health and comfort of our guests we are a pet free resort. Only Service Animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in the resort. Service Animals are not allowed in the pools and attractions of the waterpark. If you would like information on full service kennels in the Niagara Falls area please call us at 905.354.4888.
Grilling, cooking, birthday candles or any other types of open flames are not permitted in suites, patios/balconies or on resort grounds.
Unfortunately, we do not provide rollaway beds or air mattresses to our guests.
Waterslides and our elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.
Please note that the credit card provided at check-in will be charged the remaining balance of room and tax or any add-on packages. In addition to this a $250 security deposit per stay will be authorized at the time of check in. As long as we have a $250/stay authorization on a credit, you are welcome to charge back to your suite. Upon check-out the authorization for any unused funds will be released. Based upon the business rules of your bank, this may take 72 hours to 10 days to be processed depending upon the card you had authorized. Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your credit card.
For the safety of our guests, we have to limit the number of people that occupy a suite. At Great Wolf Lodge, we do offer certain suites that can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Infants are free of charge for water park access and lodging, but they are counted as an occupant in a suite.
We do have locker rentals available within the water park for your use. The lockers are rented from the Trading Post Swim Shop on a daily basis for a nominal fee. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your room or vehicle.
Upon your arrival to Great Wolf Lodge, you will proceed to the main building entrance where you will be greeted by one of our Pack Members and directed to the appropriate area.

All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times in the water park.
Casts are allowed in the water park. There are requirements for certain rides for maintaining body positions such as grasping handles or keeping legs in position. These criteria, in addition to how the cast will contact the ride will determine your ability to wear a cast on a ride.
When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. These water park passes allow access to the water park through the day of your departure.
Any child who still uses diapers or is susceptible to accidents must wear a protective swim diaper inside the water park. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the lodge; please see a Pack Member for assistance. Parents: For the safety of all, please take your children to the restroom often to avoid polluting the water.
We welcome guests with special dietary needs. We would be happy to discuss allergen-free alternatives in advance. We have specially trained chefs that can offer a variety of special items for your family to enjoy. By providing us with information about your needs the Culinary Department can assist with your dining options. Please contact the lodge to speak with a Food and Beverage Management team member.
Because we do offer some rides that are considered to be extreme, we encourage you to view the restrictions for each attraction. We also discourage use of the hot tubs.

Suite style preference must be booked at time of reservation.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area with fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, in room safe, covered patio and access to our gas firepit and natural gas barbecues. In the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and each with a hair dryer. The Kitchen features full fridge, freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Also included in the kitchen is a place setting for 10, pots and pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs, a variety of cooking utensils along with barbecue utensils. We require one night's stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit at time of booking in order to guarantee reservation. This can be paid by credit card. Cheques cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge. The credit card used for the deposit must be present at the time of check in.
Balcony/Patio suites can be reserved online by clicking "with Balcony/Patio" on the Suites page during the booking process. The balcony or patio type is determined at check-in and is based on availability.
Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, and in-room safe.
Our hotel public spaces, accessible rooms, and water park decks are ADA compliant. Use of wheelchairs are reserved for emergency situations only.
Pool chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis throughout the water park. There are also lockers available in the water park for guest use. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your suite or vehicle.
Great Wolf Lodge is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the resort including guest room patios and balconies, the water park, outdoor pool or hot tub. This includes the use of vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco and smokeless tobacco. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is not followed.
For the safety of our guests, drones as well as Segways, Hoverboards, self-propelled scooters, and other similar devices are not allowed to be used, charged or stored inside the hotel. If you operate a mobility device for medical purposes please provide medical documentation upon arrival.

Suitable swimwear is required for personal safety. Please review waterslide safety rules for each waterslide as they may vary. The safety standards do not permit cover-ups, loose clothing, or headwear — including Hijabs that wrap around the neck — on select waterslides and attractions. Swim caps are allowed. Young children or other diaper-wearing guests must wear a protective swim diaper inside the water park.

We do not offer parent free day care or babysitting services.
Our resorts consistently rank high in cleanliness as measured by our guests! Our housekeeping staff works hard to make sure each room is cleaned to the highest standards and to keep our common areas spotless. We use green cleaning chemicals that also meet disinfection standards. Our water park uses state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to ensure our water quality exceeds health code requirements and we sanitize our water park floors every day. We ask that guests shower before and after using the water park and we ask that guests follow the CDC's 6 Pleas for Healthy Swimming, which include taking children to the bathroom often and not swimming when ill (www.healthyswimming.org). We also ask that diaper dependent persons wear a swim diaper. Our retail stores have swim diapers available for a nominal fee.
We have a fitness centre, so bring your workout clothing. Our Iron Horse, Fitness Room has treadmills, a recumbent bike and TVs to make your workout enjoyable.
Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas.

Pool towels are available at the Towel Centre located in Bear Track Landing Waterpark. Bringing your own beach towels or cover ups is recommended as pool towels must remain in the water park. Bathing towels provided in your guest suite are to remain in the room. A $20 fee will be applied to your guest folio for any towels not returned.
DOT (Department of Transport) approved life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.
Cabanas are available to rent daily for your family's comfort and convenience at the indoor and outdoor water park. A cabana has seating for six with a table, four chairs and two lounge chairs. There is also a ceiling fan and a mini refrigerator that is stocked with an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Please contact us directly at 888.878.1818 to reserve your cabana today!
Unfortunately, we do not provide Pack ‘n Play cribs to our guests.
Diaper wearing guests are asked to wear a protective swim diaper. Please see a Pack Member for assistance. Parents: take children to the restroom often as polluting pools causes an unhealthy condition.
The Lodge assigns suites on the day of arrival. Please leave a comment on the reservation booking screen, or contact the Lodge directly at 1-888-878-1818 with your suite location preference. These requests cannot be guaranteed, but our guest services team will do their best to fulfill your particular request(s).

No outside food or beverages are permitted in the water park, however, there are areas designated outside of the water park for guests to dine on their own food. Please have a look at all dining options here.
We employ hundreds of lifeguards, which have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides. You may observe some of their regular drills performed during operation, which provides real-life practice. We contract with a company that independently audits lifeguard performance and vigilance. In addition, we would like to remind parents that although we have award-winning lifeguards, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to baby-sit children. Always keep your child within arm's reach and if your child is in the water, you should be too.
10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. are the quiet hours for the lodge.
Great Wolf Lodge attractions and water park pools and slides may close due to adverse weather conditions, high winds, heavy rain, and/or lightning. This precaution is taken to preserve the safety of our guests and Pack Members. No refunds or discounts will be issued in the event of a slide, pool, or activity closure as a result of extreme weather.
Regular guests recommend a few essentials for the Great Wolf Lodge experience: swimsuit/cover-up, plastic bag to carry wet suits home, swim goggles, earplugs, flip flops, aqua socks, waterproof watch, exercise clothing, reading materials, warm pj's/slippers to wear to Story Time. We provide towels in the water park area. If you're not swimming, you may still wish to bring comfortable clothing for our 84-degree water park area. In case you do forget an item at home, please come and visit us at the Trading Post Gift shop where we offer a large variety of products.
We have a charging station for up to four electric cars here at the property. Please place your request through the front desk whom will have one of our Pack Member's guide you to our charging station.
We do not offer self-service laundry, however, we do offer a laundry service for $10 per load. Includes, pickup, wash, dry, fold and delivery back to guestroom. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods or clothing.
Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as it opens. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you're here and pick up your water park wrist bands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the water park. We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. A valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required upon check-in along with credit card for incidental charges. Your card will be authorized for a daily amount on your reservation if you would like to allow charging on your reservation.
If the cardholder is not going to be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form is required.
To ensure the safety and security of all our valued guests, we request all guests comply with our bag check policy before entering the waterpark premises. In line with this policy, we ask that no outside food or beverage be brought inside the waterpark.

The majority of our water park is indoors. There is no need for sunscreen while playing in the indoor water park, but we do encourage using sunscreen when spending time at our outdoor water park and attractions.
Our suites include a microwave and small refrigerator, measuring approximately 3’ tall and 2’ wide.
If you need a quiet space to feed an infant, please visit the Trading Post. Inside, staff can direct you to an infant feeding room.
There are 2 elevators located in the Grand Living Room behind the stage show and an elevator at the end of each hallway.
When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. Arrive at your leisure day of arrival and stay until 8pm on departure. The rate also includes access to all events.
