Yes, you can book a room using your gift card. Just call our customer service number at 866.646.9653, and they will be happy to assist.

Can I write a personalized message on my Great Wolf Lodge gift card?

Each e-gift card allows for a personal message to be delivered to the recipient’s inbox along with their card. However, physical gift cards do not have the personalized message option.

Can I use my Great Wolf Lodge gift card at any location?

For Canadian residents, please purchase gift cards at https://www.greatwolf.com/niagara/gift-cards. For U.S. residents, please purchase gift cards by selecting the specific lodge at https://www.greatwolf.com/gift-cards.

How do I use my e-gift card inside the lodge?

All you need to do is show your e-gift card digitally, or you can present a printed version.

Do gift cards expire?

No, gift cards do not expire.

Is there a limit on the amount I can put on a gift card?

Yes, the maximum amount a Great Wolf gift card can hold is $5000 CAD.
